TANAPA & NCAA
Outstanding Employee Recognition Award
This award acknowledges an individual within the realms of hospitality service or conservation who is making a substantial impact in their designated role. From front office personnel and communicators to educators, ICT, park rangers, and park warden officers under the umbrella of NCAA and TANAPA.
These exemplary employees are chosen from a pool of nominees put forth by tour guides and tour operators. At the main event of the Tanzania Tour Guide Awards, one employee from the classified department and one from the professional department will be honored. They will receive a trophy and a certificate during the ceremony.
As a vital component of the private sector, we serve as the driving force behind the success of tourism services and hospitality. It is, therefore, our duty to maintain a system of checks and balances and foster the highest levels of motivation among TANAPA and NCAA employees, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer services.
